We use technically necessary cookies, for example to store your cookie preferences and to manage sessions (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All other cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Your consent is stored for 12 months.

10. Newsletters

For our newsletters, "AMA aktuell" and the training newsletter, we process your email address and any optional details you provide, such as your name and organisation, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure. Newsletters are sent via Mailchimp, a service of The Rocket Science Group LLC, Atlanta, USA (part of the Intuit group), which acts as our processor. Mailchimp records whether a newsletter has been opened and which links have been clicked; we use this information to improve our services. Mailchimp is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter or by emailing info@ama-sensorik.de; your data will then be removed from the mailing list.

When you register for a seminar, we process your details (organisation, name, postal address, email address and, optionally, telephone number) in order to run the seminar and issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A user account is created for the registration and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the event. We retain invoice-related data in accordance with statutory retention periods (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) and Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)). Participants' names and organisations may be shared with speakers and the venue for organisational purposes.
